Vor dem Spiel war die Hoffnung auf Hilfe von Oben für die Weiherhofer noch da.

Kurz vor der Halbzeit traf Akar per Foulelfmeter zum 1:0 für den Türk. SV Fürth.

Am Ende war Serkan Akar der Spieler des Spiels und krönte seine Leistung mit einem Doppelpack und mit der Vorarbeit zum 3:0.
